Our mission is to study and evaluate the implementation, quality, and impact of online learning or e-learning. The institute's conception and use of our SAPIO Learning Model reflects our vision of this future. It is our view that learning will increasingly become blended, simulated, adaptive, personalized, interactive, and online.
We believe online distance learning education and training programs should employ effective and ethical organizational and administrative practices, grounded in academic research, and based on solid instructional and curriculum design principles.
